No really, I take it seriously. Rural determination is probably, at first, a quite undetected weapon. But what does the "revolt" aim to solve?
My own little revolt is not giving Obama money.

None in tax, none in the banks to use.

Here is the definition of Fiscal Conservative
- Fiscal conservatives often consider reduction of overall government spending and national debt as well as ensuring balanced budget of paramount importance.

Now in practice all the rep presidents have done exactly the opposite of this. I would think it would irritate the people of the party that their leaders are not following the tenants of their parry. Oddly the one in recent history that came close to this policy was clinton and he by no means is a rep. so is it that the party simply has made a shift but the party members didnt get the memo?

I know the reps are bright enough to realize GW increased gov spending by massive amounts, he came no where near balancing the budget and he certainly did major damage to the national debtt... and it was no different under Regan. yet Reps still think they should vote Rep to get this... It just doesn't ad up.
No, it does not totally add up.

Sometime 1+1 is 11.

I just see it as my best shot.

The Republicans do seem to realise what it takes to run a business.

I'm independent and have voted for both parties. I look at the individuals running not just the parties. I'm a big fan of keeping the parties relatively equal, especially with the Presidential elections voting in the opposite party of who is controlling Congress.

Too much power corrupts.

Politics IS NOT WORKING for the greater good. It works for itself and itself only. Sure, we've all seen some flourishing times, but two Great Depression/Recessions and several in between, within one hundred years, isn't a real comfort. We as humans REALLY need to come to a new kind of reality. Because, repeating the same thing over and over and expecting different results IS INSANE.

Life is tough enough as it is. Who the HELL needs the two-faced people insane with political agenda?

I've basically had it. Could ya tell?
Best post on here, IMO, and I feel the same way.

I'm traditionally Republican, but often voted Democrat in state elections. It doesn't really matter, though, because I live in New Jersey and it's a given here that they are all crooks. It's not the politicians here who decide things, it's whomever's boots they are licking.

Pro-choice but would like to slap upside the head the irresponsible when it comes to birth control, don't give a hoot if gays want to marry, think that we need to be much tougher on real crime, the kind that harms other people. Life sentences should mean life.

Pro-life Democrat?

I ask because I'm interested in seeing how many are out there who don't fit the typical party platform.
I consider myself a Liberal/Democrat but am Pro-Life so I guess in that way I don't fit into the typical party platform I suppose.
