Besides, we're talking about people who can't even hold down minimum wage employement.
They can't afford a computer but they can afford an Escalade ..

Sounds like most of you guys are running an empathy deficit.

Sitting at home and sneering at those less fortunate than yourself. There are people in this world who help others and then there are people such as yourself.

It's OK when the entitlement is to the wealthy but not so hot when 90% of the population are about to get a break!

Reagan/Bush41 and George W. Bush borrowed 80% of all the debt accrued by this great republic in 232 years and gave it to the wealthy in the form of tax cuts. What a boondoggle.

Add to that the $900 billion Bush, Paulson and Bernanke gave to the banks when Bush was making his exodus and VOILA!!! "ENTITLEMENT FOR THE WEALTHY!"

None of the blacks I know would ever stand in this crowd . I only know white people like this . Every single person I know with a hand out for free **** is white.
The point is you never , never see a crowd of anything but black people looking for handouts. Do you think the Government holds these events in overcrowded black neighborhoods in order to race bait ?
In my area they would mail the forms .

Like I said before. You should have been around in the late 1930's. People were hungry. People were riding the rails from state to state. People were begging at back doors offering work for food when they realized the ones in the house were almost as bad off as they were. Half of the able bodied men in the country were without means to making a living.

My daddy was working in a box factory for $.75 a day and he would always tell my mother to keep some beans warm on the stove for anyone who might show up hungry. I remember it as clear as a bell. Those are the kinds of things one remembers.

When I hear rich Republicans complain about labor unions I roll on the floor and laugh my arse off! They have enough in the bank so that they will never worry about food, housing, medical care, annual vacations, pensions, security etc. and the very thought of others getting a tenth of that tears them up.
I know some rich Democrats who act like those rich Republicans you talk about.

I have been reading your posts and want you to know that FDR was elected by the Electoral College 10 days before I was born and I just don't remember many of the things you talk about. My dad was one of the best Democrats I have ever known and I was like him until 1972 when the Dems nominated an avowed socialist, George McGovern, for President. They left me at that point and haven't nominated one person who wasn't too socialist for me. My eyes opened, why didn't yours?

LOL!

Anybody who hasn't caught on to the fact that Democrats are for the working man and Republicans are in the pockets of big business and the elite either can't read or they are intellectually challenged.

In my lifetime each Republican administration all the way back to Hoover has left us in recession. I have carefully observed which party is for the elite and which is for the working man. It's a no brainer. The Republicans are in the pockets of big business and the wealthy. Shucks... if one is really, sincerely interested it's all over the Internet. GOOGLE IT!!
