Dave Barry (a comedian, though rather astute on politics) had an idea: Take a page from NASCAR. No, not run members of Congress into walls at 200 mph, but make them wear the names of their sponsors. Ideally their size should be proportional to the dollar amount of the campaign contributor.

The American citizen can't afford the prices, but special interests can.
America's main engines are corruption and greed.

Wouldn't that make Obama a slave owner?

If you belong to any of several unions you have been in on buying those people, also.

Ah yes, the unions have prospered and are continuing to prosper with the laws of this President and Congress. Didn't you know that Andy Stern attended every meeting in Dirty Harry's locked office last spring helping to write that healthcare abomination?

Do you agree or disagree that many national unions have had at least as much to do with the corruption of the last couple of years as any corporation?

Well another CEO of Government Motors has resigned and I believe he did so to keep from getting fired by the major shareholder. In the industry people call government motors Obama Motors.

He took them out so quickly when it appeared they were in trouble and gave control of them to the UAW. He screwed around for about 50 days with the oil leak. Now there has to be a reason for all of this. Think about what he said pre-election about taking the corporations down and then think about General Motors. Also, think about how badly he wants oil drilling to stop and how much he can use the spill to bring in cap and trade. He may not be a slave owners but he sure as hell has a lot of us living under his thumb.
