Doesn't matter. I wouldn't put it past them that they (or their sub-contractors) would allow such an environment for these types of incidents to happen. Kinda like the scandal of tainted baby milk from China a few years back.

You think sub-contractors bottle milk for Wal-Mart?

Because buying milk wholesale is not done by grocery stores?

Huge ewwwwww factor for my coffee this morning. Better check that milk.

No jobs, home forclosures, people are desperate. Getting a nice settlement from a huge corporation goes a long way towards security. Just sayin'....
Yes,......then when they find mice, get DNA's done to see if they are related to the one in the milk!!!

Even IF there was a mouse or other object in their milk they wouldn't be in a position to benefit unless it did them some lasting harm. I guess they could claim psychological damage but still.....it's not the best way to make money.

! I know!

What kind of lawyer would take these people's money? Surely it would have been easier to do a slip-n-fall.

I discovered what looked like a mouse carcass in a bag of cat food. "Baxter" considered it a bonus.

The mouse crawled up the side of the milk
carton, while it was on the conveyor belt, and dropped himself down the hole, right before the cap came down.
Like putting a ship in a bottle, that mouse deserves an
award

As for the family, stranger things have happened, but I
smell a rat

Thirty-five years ago I had a summer job in a brewery. I heard they got bottles returned with mice in them occasionally. They just gave the offended customers more free beer.
