Doesn't matter. I wouldn't put it past them that they (or their sub-contractors) would allow such an environment for these types of incidents to happen. Kinda like the scandal of tainted baby milk from China a few years back.

You think sub-contractors bottle milk for Wal-Mart?
Because buying milk wholesale is not done by grocery stores?
Even IF there was a mouse or other object in their milk they wouldn't be in a position to benefit unless it did them some lasting harm. I guess they could claim psychological damage but still.....it's not the best way to make money.
I've seen documentaries on how milk is bottled. The whole process is automated, with the plastic bottles going on the conveyor a few seconds before milk is sprayed into the bottle and a few seconds later the plastic cap is sealed onto the top. When the hell can a mouse jump into the bottle? This is just as silly as the idiots who try to claim there was a mouse in their beer bottle.
! I know!
What kind of lawyer would take these people's money? Surely it would have been easier to do a slip-n-fall.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – A Kentucky family has sued Wal-Mart, saying they found a dead mouse in a milk container the family had been drinking from for three days. The Courier-Journal reported that Robert and Rosalind Grant and their 23-month-old granddaughter sought medical attention and treatment in May after finding the mouse.

The mouse crawled up the side of the milk
carton, while it was on the conveyor belt, and dropped himself down the hole, right before the cap came down.
Like putting a ship in a bottle, that mouse deserves an
award
As for the family, stranger things have happened, but I
smell a rat
Thirty-five years ago I had a summer job in a brewery. I heard they got bottles returned with mice in them occasionally. They just gave the offended customers more free beer.
