Please note the most disturbing addition: the quote “The Common Law is the Will of Mankind Issuing From the Life of the People”. Who made this quote?

It's the identical seal. No change has been made except one version is in color and the other is metallic.

"Old Glory" was never on either version. It's actually the shield from the Great Seal of the United States.

And the quotation is the inscription that has been on the side of the DoJ building since it was first built in 1935.

Did you click the old link.... it shows the American Flag behind the seal.. Holder has sterizled it.....

It's the header of a Web site. Not a "logo" and not the department seal.

It's an aesthetic choice, not a conspiracy.
