Your complete lack of compassion and arrogance in your first post in this thread is quite telling. You attempt to downplay and when it doesn't happen you jump on the bandwagon of "sarcasm"...
Where did I show a lack of compassion? I stated facts. That doesn't mean I don't have compassion but I won't hold two dead children's memory sacred ....that's nuts!
You keep calling me arrogant (?) ... I suggest you look up that word's meaning since it really isn't a synonym for "I'm confused so others are arrogant".
Why don't you address the questions? No, really, forget your raging emotions just for once and at least READ the questions from a base of logic....try logic, it's your friend.
Interestingly, I once read that women who kill their children often either kill them using water, or "bury" them in water after they are dead. Sort of a bizarre metaphor for returning them to the womb.

I highly doubt it was a "copy cat" thing. Sixteen years ago this mother would have been about 13 at the time of the Susan Smith case, and while she may have heard of it in passing, most 13 year olds are into other stuff besides the news. If she did "copy cat" it, she forgot to get herself wet, she forgot to blame "some other perp(s)", and she forgot that Smith did not get away with it.
This is a tragedy and this woman will never again see the outside world- rightfully so.
It's even m ore disturbing that some people are sympathetic to this animal. I read in the papers that people said she was "overwhelmed" at being a single mother. I think it was a sheriff who said it, not sure though
she shoulda just given them up
or killed herself
now she's gonna be even more overwhelmed with guilty
Notice these stories, or if it's a missing person, only makes national headlines if the woman is white and attractive?
This "liberal" media likes to ignore non whites and non attractive people.
