Yet no one here will explain what or how they think WE should be enlightened. Could you be specific please. It is obvious now that indentured servant does not want to answer this, will you be so bold? Can you give something tangable for us, or will you just continue with the rhetoric?
Yes.....alot of people will admit that the Native Americans got the shaft....but the only reason they are willing to admit that is because there are hardly any of them left. You would never admit that if they were 12% of the nations population today.....and brought it to your attention that they "got the shaft".....then you would deny that they got the shaft because you feel that it would open up a Pandorahs Box where you it could then be rationally argued that YOU OWE THEM SOMETHING....which seems to be your worst nightmare.
It seems like the ONLY time whites have the character to admit the wrongs doings of their society is when all the victims are dead and gone or they are so beaten down and defeated that they are no longer fighting for reconciliation or respect. Thats why whites are quick to point out the wrongs and horrors of slavery.....because the slaves are all dead and they can smuggly say "you were never a slave" and allude that it would be justified if there were slaves alive today. Yet....they totally ignore the Jim Crow Aparthied era because there are millions of black folks who whose opportunities were limited because of that...STILL ALIVE TODAY. Not a peep about that because those nightmares of OWING something would return and have them waking up in cold sweats. In about 30 years when they are all dead and gone.....then, and only then, will whites then recognize the wrongs of that era.
Think about Martin Luther King JR.....when he was alive he was villified by the majority of whites.....now that he is dead and gone.....he was a "great man"....lol.....if he were alive today....he would be treated like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton and all the other Civil Rights era people. Based upon this pattern.....black people will not get respect until we are extinct....and then white will look back and finally agree with what we had been saying when we existed....but alais.....they are all dead and gone now and nothing they can do about it.

Sometimes ignorance is so DENSE that light (to enlighten) cannot escape it.....its like a theoretical black hole.
If one has not seen the light.....then one is truly dense.
This 2010 government does not tell, force and or promote racism. Nobody is a slave, nobody has to drink from a different water fountain and or ride in a different part of a bus.
The only people who complain about race white or black need excuses for their unproductive lives.
No law should be written that benefits any race and if it does it should be reversed these laws only promote division.
If everyone is looking for a job, race should not be required on a application and or equal opportunity laws only promote the differences in our races.
