Many locals are still hopeful that he will address the violence on the border.
I believe he's also stopping on the way to El Paso to attend a seminar on how to stop border violence at the former ranch of Dubya in Crawdad Texas.
The title of the seminar is " How to clear brush, crabgrass, small weeds, and wear a cowboy hat while being afraid of horses"
