Funny, I'm wondering who is going to be the crazy one to invest in Cuba; a place where there is no rule of law. A 99- year lease, that remember me of the 90s when the Cuban goverment was; as it is right now, in dire need of money, and started to sell condos and businesses in Havana. Oh Boy, after five years, those poor Spanishs and Canadians were in same spot that their American counterparts where in 1959 when Castro took all their properties and businesses; with no property, and trying to play in a system where the rule of law is followed only when it is in benefit of the "goverment." The Cuban goverment has a credit rating of CCC-( Junk Credit) and a fame of never paying back its debts, any person with some use of reason will never invest in that island at least untill the current goverment fades away.
