I believe that bike is a MENS ELECTRA TOWNIE which are very nice bikes based out of Vista California...

Close, but from another image, you can see that the top bar doesnt curve on the bike Obama is riding. It goes straight down on an angle. The bike you linked to has an obvious curve on the bar..

From that angle you are right, but they are still both cruiser framed bikes and therefore Obama is definitely riding a MENS Cruiser Bike.

The laid back frame is very popular right now.
