Speak for yourself. You are an embarrassment. You clearly haven't "earned this", We The Sheeple.

I've voted IND before most of you were born, is my guess. I've never joined EITHER party.

i like being an american, i dont feel bad about that at all. but there is no reason for us to be in iraq or afghanistan at all except for DOD to make some money.
clearly if we had wanted to arrest and execute bin laden we could and would have already done it.

Guessing is the same as assuming. One really shouldn't.

Clearly? Really? Please.

You speak for yourself only.
I've lived in numerous countries and I don't kiss the ground when I return to the US.
It's a meh country, parts good, parts bad.
Not as good as some, better than others.

We destroyed Iraq, it's incumbent upon us to rebuild what we destroyed.

I'm blaming our whole political system. It needs an overhaul.

We're a seriously confused and divided Country. Too many lies, fixed numbers and elections. Seems our government wants us this way.

I've never been more embarrassed to be American.

The article speaks for itself...

AP IMPACT: US wasted billions in rebuilding Iraq - Yahoo! News (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100829/ap_on_bi_ge/ml_iraq_us_reconstruction_legacy - broken link)
President George W. Bush Jr. started that war in Iraq of March of 2003. President Barack Obama entered office on January 2009. Common sense and actual numbers would indicate that the Bush Administration spent far more money in Iraq than the Obama Administration did.

A more objective way to look at this is determine how much money the Obama Administration spent on programs in Iraq this year as opposed to those in the Bush Administration years. But first you have to want to look at things objectively.
