It's not just the republicans. Legislative seats are very lucrative positions if you can get one. It's no surprise that greedy amoral people seek these positions.

Why? To who? I work my ass off earning what I have. For what? To give it to some lazy loser sitting around waiting for a chek?
thank you and I know many that could probably get help but they will continue to find a way to survive, bucause they are proud Republicans who do not depend on the liberal government to foot their bills.
You work hard, you have every right to what you earn and if you invested right, good for you, that money is also yours.
