Taxes for education. An ignorant populace is easier to manipulate.
1. Reduced personal income tax to flat tax of 18% for everyone.
2. Zero corporate taxes for any buisness that employs greater than 60 % of thier work force in the US.
3. Social security tax- eliminate it and eliminate social security.
4. Obamacare taxes- eliminate Obamacare
5. "death tax"- the death of the family farm
6. captial gains taxes- they reduce investment

Starve the government and let the people keep what they have earned.

BTW- payment for education should be cut. Public schools cost over 2X the cost of educating a child in parochial schools, yet the public schools have lower performance. Too many administrators and good money after bad wasted.

I am liking this thread there is many many taxes we could do away with so we have more of our own money in our pocket.

Can we fire some federal employees while were at it?

Federally, income tax.Replace it with some form of national sales tax on new goods.

Locally, property taxes, replace it with some form of user fee or subscription...perhaps those who use a service pay for it.

you could fire probably 80% of all federal employees, but then where would they work? they aren't fit for the private sector, so they'd be sucking off the government tit still. cream rises to the top in the federal government, however job stagnation is still very lucrative. name me one successful business that actually has something known as non-essential employees. if they are non-essential, why do they have a job?

You know, this thread is a hoot. I started it to counter the thread, //www.city-data.com/forum/polit...ould-hate.html, which is a spoof about liberals. Conservatives mocking liberals. I intended this for the same, with lberals mocking conservatives. Instead, the cons come over here and bash liberals AGAIN! LOL!

No, again just the tax and spend policies that prove poor outcome of government run taxpayer funded programs.

I actually answered the question as to what I would like to get rid of, and so have most of the other people.

Why are you getting upset that thread. I mean that is what you all want. So whats the problem? Its like your upset for pointing it out.

I am not upset with your thread because I agree lets cut taxes that is what I want. Its like being ashamed of wanting something or doing something.

Do you think that liberals can go to that thread and make comments but conservatives cant come to yours?
