He extended it 13 years. We weren't out of the depression until 1946. After the Supreme Court and Harry Truman started rolling back many of FDRs programs.

I think the biggest issue here is both parties kind of stink. How long has the back and forth between these parties and those that blindly support them for whatever reasons? All the while the poeple in both parties gain power and money, taking it from us in one way or another. Seems the best option may be some other party.

There are plenty of economists that have said no government intervention would have led to a quicker recovery. Funny, the same economists were saying in 200 and 2008 that we were going to see a crash.

We should dismiss them though. They have no idea what they are talking about compared to Newsweek. LOLs.
