This is the part YOU quoted earlier.

We find that the effects on real GDP, jobs, and inflation are huge, probably averting what would have been called Great Depression 2.0. For example, we estimate that, without the policy responses, GDP in 2010 would be about 6½% lower, payroll employment would be about 8½ million jobs lower, and the nation would now be experiencing deflation

Do you see the part YOU underlined and put in bold.. The story assumed the GOP would have done NOTHING..
lol...

Well they have been called the "do nothing party"....but in all fairness the story appears to have analyzed the proposals outlined and submitted by your party and determined those proposals would have created fewer jobs and larger deficits had they been in charge.

Do you know who bought Newsweek for $1?

C'mon guess.

I know you can.....

Dr. Sidney Harman, the 92 year old husband of Rep. Jane Harman (D-Calif.).

Follow the money to guess the agenda.

Why dont you start to discuss FACTS, and start to think for yourself instead of repeating the same old Democratic Bs.

The fact that you CALL them something, doesnt make it so.. Talk about FACTS.. if you can.

Argue about what? I have no clue what you are talking about, I was only pointing out the bias of NewsWeek, as a reminder to people to keep their bias in mind when reading these fictional scenarios.

Well, he is apparently serious about buying this magazine, and his wife was a democrat who was elected to the US Congress.
