First they say that Bush's giving tax reabtes to consumer wouldn't work because they would save it;now they want to esentailly do just that.They just seem to be hooting at any thing that moves now.It is a democratic idea and porposed by a ex-clinton offical because he says that it would go to workers. Rememeber that obama did this bascially last year bu lowering the withholding but of course it didn't change anyhting by the april tax time and most saw it coming anyway.Right now companies have their acuraries trying to figure out there insurnace cost going forward and otthe tax changes to hire alot of people.

It was still a $400 tax credit for singles, and $800 tax credit for married couples.
