The panic goes beyond partisan politics.
The people are becoming disenchanted with the Demopublicans and the Republicrats.
People are starting to realize that for generations, American politics was based solely on bribery and deception.
Political office was merely an exercise in taking bribes (i.e., contributions) and disbursing bribes ("pork" spending that enriched supporters).
The worst thing that the people can learn - that EVERYTHING was done by their own consent.
Because once the people learn that consent was fraudulently obtained, they can withdraw that consent and pull down the political 'house of cards'.
