I hate to break it to you, but in a great many things there is no tried and true, no real and fantasy. What may be tried and true for you may be wrong and experimental for someone else. What may be a fact in your area may be fiction in some other place. We live in a world full of ambiguity and often that can be too much for some people so as a result they take there own truths and contentedly apply them to others ignoring context.

If liberals truly were pro-choice, they would support a state's right to choose to secure its own borders, especially when drug cartels are running rampant through the state and federal government failed to do anything about it.

If liberals truly were pro-choice, they would support your right to choose whether or not to donate money to the poor, which groups to donate money to, and how much money to donate.

If liberals truly were pro-choice, they would support your right to choose whether or not to purchase health insurance, and if so, what type of health insurance to purchase.

If liberals truly were pro-choice, they would support the right of a private financial institution to choose not to lend someone money, who they know would never be able to pay it back, irregardless of their race, creed, gender, etc.

If liberals truly were pro-choice, they would support the right of Americans to choose not to have a Mosque built on the grave of 3,000 innocent people slaughtered in the name of Allah.

If liberals truly were pro-choice, they would support your right to choose whether or not to fund stem cell research.

If liberals truly were pro-choice, they would support your right to choose to send your children to private school.

If liberals truly were pro-choice, they would support your right to choose not to join their corrupt labor unions.

If liberals truly were pro-choice, they would support your right to choose not to vote for them, rather than steal elections when the vote isn't in their favor.

If liberals truly were pro-choice, they would support your right to choose what type of engine you want in your car, what type of light bulbs you want in your lights, what kind of toilet you want in your bathroom, what kind of showerhead you want in your shower, etc.

If liberals truly were pro-choice, they would respect your decision to choose not to be a liberal.
They are not pro-choice, they are pro-them.

Actually it's the Conservatives that have to worry about dissapearing. Look at pictures for the 2008 Republican National Convention. Then compare it to pictures of the 2008 Democratic National Convention the crowd is much more youthful and vibrant. The 2008 Republican National Convention looked more like a VFW meeting.

I guess liberals find comfort in numbers.

Oh, I see......
The states voted on the Second amendment, and its the law, so individual states cannot vacate it all on their own.

This was not a very strong comparison on your part, since the right to abort a baby, just because bikini season is approaching soon, is not granted in the US Constitution.

I'm glad we figured out what the real reason for abortions is.

I don't understand a thread where the whole idea of pro-choice is twisted into something barely relevant to its original idea just so the OP could go through a liberal bashing list.

That is some twisted logic there.

Americans DON'T have a right to deny a privately-run religious group to construct a community center on private property - especially when the vast majority of those Americans don't even live in New York City.

Get real.

I don't know about this issue enough to know if people are or are not forced to join labor unions.
They can be forced to join. It is called a close-shop state vs. an open-shop state. My state, Pennsylvania, is a closed-shop state where if the union dominates the workplace, you can be fired if you refuse to join the union

Get real.

"In a separate poll, 53 percent of New York City voters say they oppose the construction of the mosque, compared to 34 percent who say they support it."
