I hereby issue you a challenge to find me a verse that tells Christians to kill those that don't believe. Put up or shut up please.

And don't start with the NT vs OT stuff, Christians are constantly pulling stuff out of the OT to support their bigotry.
Such as?

As for Fundamentalist Atheists (HA) they generally don't care what you believe until you start shoving it in their faces...then yeah, they'll get rude, obnoxious and snarky. Then the religious person can run away complaining about being 'persecuted'. Win win for them, really.
The atheists are among the most rude and obnoxious out there....they love to whine and complain about a religious monument that might have been in place for 80 years because, by golly....they're offended!!! Gasp!!!! Oh no!!! Then they complain about us trying to "impose our beliefs" on them.

Mine eyes have seen the glory
Of the coming of the Lord;
He is trampling out the vintage
Where the grapes of wrath are stor'd;
He hath loos'd the fateful lightning
Of His terrible swift sword:
His truth is marching on.
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
His truth is marching on.
Yeehaw!!!!

Nobody feels more persecuted than those who see their privileged status crumble. You can put up whatever you want at your places of worship. There are enough of them.
