Bang on. In the hands of certain individuals both books can be dangerous. Interpretation is a funny old thing, only danger is with the possibility of the outcome leading to dangerous situations.

I am finding the idea that troops will be in a more dangerous position a little trumped up.

Muslims will kill no matter what, they find offense in non-Muslims eating food they disapprove of,they find offense with non-muslims drinking alcohol...

Enough is enough really...stop the kowtowing to them.

That would be because people seem incapable of actually finding out the facts but rely upon what they were told to think....

In MY opinion.

So you don't believe the General who saved Iraq for us, and is probably the top anti insurgent expert in the world?

What qualifies you to make military decisions? Were you a West Point grad? Whats the highest rank in the military you have held? Have you studied in detail the enemy we are fighting?

From another thread...

Is a Muslim who doesn't believe in Sharia law, doesn't believe that Islam has to be the only religion and believes that they have the right to try other religions, associate with infidels, become an infidel and so on, really still a Muslim?

I'd say this definition is true to form...over the past decade of us dealing with the aftermath of 9-11 we are caving in as a country..

Terrorism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"Terrorism is the systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion.[1] At present, the International community has been unable to formulate a universally agreed, legally binding, criminal law definition of terrorism.[2][3] Common definitions of terrorism refer only to those violent acts which are intended to create fear (terror), are perpetrated for a religious, political or ideological goal, and deliberately target or disregard the safety of non-combatants (civilians)
