I'm glad to see him reaching across the aisle...

He could have followed that up with, "even if they say no, we can get things passed if the rest of the democrats agree with me, such as we did with my major initiatives."

You can tell he's back in campaign mode because he has that nearly-out-of breath, inspirational preacher pattern of speech.

All he is is a preacher of failed policies and bad faith.
