The people that are complaining about the SC decision are the same people that want to tax the hell out of corporations. They want steep taxes on the business, but don't want the business to have any say in who creates the laws that determine how they're taxed or regulated.

You can't have your cake and eat it, too.

Taxes are on income and property. A corporation is property.

If corporations were not denoted as legal entities (ie "people") then you wouldn't be able to sue them........

Then we could sue the owners, and they could also be held criminally liable for corporate and industrial crimes.


Right now, shareowners ARE committing a crime, they are slaveowners by default.
They own a "person" according to SCOTUS ruling of January 2010.

Yeah no doubt Unions was once needed. Since Federal and State labor laws. They arent needed anymore Now they are nothing more then a political strong arm for the democrat party sucking the states dry.
