Pamky: thats the point... if the peaceful American Muslims want to remain peaceful then they will need to speak out. If some Muslims stood togther against terroism that would go a lot further than if we (non-muslim americans) have to do it ourselves.
I hate to break it to you, but our country (U.S) would be in serious trouble if ordinary Americans stopped fighting terrorists. Why is it so much to ask of Muslim Americans to speak out?
