He couldn't walk 100 yds across a parking lot. Instead, he needed a fleet of gas-guzzling SUVs to bring him and his entourage to the rally.

That's the problem with dems/libs - they are hypocrites. Those who preach and prattle about the "average" citizen, needing to do their part to save the planet, really falls on deaf ears when we notice their mansions, fleet of cars, airplanes, more mansions.

"I was absolutely astonished, not to mention appalled, that Harry Reid would retain a fleet of gas-guzzling SUVs so that he and a few aides would not have to walk the mere 100 yards to address environmental activists," said Heartland Institute Senior Fellow James M. Taylor, who took the attached photo. "If greenhouse gas emissions are such a problem, you would think Reid might have actually made the short stroll through the parking lot, or at least retain Priuses rather than large SUVs for the summit," said Taylor.
Yeah but, did you confront him about it or just nod like a good little minion?

Hopefully this might be his last free ride on the America tax payer.

Screwing over the American people is what liberals do best and people are sick of it.

I'm certain the SUV's were to just to keep Harry and his elitist nose away from the "stinking tourists".

Rich democrats and liberals, like Reid, Gore, Gates, Freidman, Rich, David and a host of others, who jet around the country, from one mansion to the other, consuming huge amounts of energy and creating tons of Co2, shouldn't be preaching to the "peasants" about their energy consumption and what they can do to rein in their lifestyle.

IOW: energy for ME, but not for THEE!
