You mean get caught bumping and grinding with a hot, young chica?

Frankly, she'd make off like a bandit with the book and movie deals, not to mention a guaRANteed hit reality show!

I'd bet against that.

If only Americans were smart enough to not be such prudes.

Spitzer was an absolute bull dog. I hope he comes back into politics.

He's one of the few that can take on big business.

Had it not been for their pressure Obama would have appointed yet another financial industry tool like Geithner.
..let's hope she survives under Mr G, who, according to recent reports, has spent a lot of time at Goldman S (which seems to produce people that go into the government to "help" us....)

Another anti-business "czar" with no accountability. Another end around congress.

Even after the mortgage industry collapse and the huge bank bailout....they still push for less government regulation.

Sanrene wants the weakest, pro business tool available in an oversight position so big business can rape the American public again.

Will Americans ever learn?

She's been appointed as a creative adviser. It doesn't sound like she's going to have much power. Besides, using the word "czar" is just a scare-tactic of the right.

Let's get rid of the FDA also. The only thing their actions result in is increased costs for big pharma. Without quality control, I am sure the Chinese could give us high quality, uncontaminated pills. That will be pro-business.

What's so scary about Elizabeth Warren?

Elizabeth Warren doesn't look or sound scary. She's a 61-year-old Harvard Law School professor from Oklahoma who has written personal finance books, some with her daughter.

But conservatives and some bankers are trying to kill any chance that Warren - a consistent critic of the financial sector before it was cool to be one - will run the consumer financial protection agency that's part of the Wall Street reform measure just signed into law by President Obama.

Warren's nomination would send a strong signal that the White House is willing to stand behind an aggressive regulator who will emphasize consumer needs over bank needs. White House spokesman Robert Gibbs called her "very confirmable" on Monday.

Who's afraid of Elizabeth Warren? - Jul. 29, 2010

...and now she's in. Good choice Obama.
