The Associated Press: Montana GOP policy: Make homosexuality illegal

Gallup reports that 40% of Americans say homosexual acts should NOT be legal, that figure is probably majority in the Southern part of the U.S.

Homosexuality is a Sex Identity Disorder at the worst,a special behaviour at best...

Disorders or behaviours, ( like for example, depression) harmless to other people & the general public are not ( & cannot realistically be ) prohibited...

It is sad that the American soul has little room for libertarianism...

While morally I feel marriage should be be between two people who are able to create a baby together, I don't see any damage that would ensue from same sex marriages.

The notion of it is goofy and awkward, but I'm not going to stand in the way of two people of the same sex who feel it's right for them. That's your deal.

I don't mind straight people, so long as you act like you're gay.

What about two older people getting married who are past child bearing years?

The people of Montana should be asking why their officials are spending so much money on a moral issue.

I did not answer the poll because Don't care wasn't an option

Personally,I feel whatever anyone does in their bedroom, is nobody's business but their own.
But I also think ones sexual orientation shouldn't be used to leverage special rights.

Good for Montana.
