You are naive if you think Dems have nothing to do with corruption.
If Democrats wanted to support gays they would and repeal don't ask don't tell. They are in control of both houses. You can't tell me the Dems want it, they just want to blame the GOP for not wanting to support gay issues when it has become clear they don't want a lot of gay issues passed themselves.

I think it is a party that will tell you what they think you want to hear and then behave as they intended. They create discontent among the mindless masses that can't do any critical thinking, they tell them what is bad, and stir up a fervor, when no one even checked the facts to see if there was any validity. .... kind of like them saying they are for balanced budgets... when they have no clue how to achieve it or desire to do so.

It's been two years, Obama STILL doesn't have a plan, and we're barely treading water.
In the meantime, small minds are concerned about a petty local politician's personal transgressions not because of what he did, but because of the party he belongs to. Justice will be served, I'm certain, unlike some Democratic partisanship bungling, wheeling and dealing where somehow, slickly, they just seem to drag it out or just plain get away with it. For example, there's a reason why the term "slick" has been applied to some prominent person, and stuck.
