Wrong.. 63,500,000 in the $50K income range DONT PAY TAXES.. The average INCLUDES THEM.. This represents 69.5% of americans in this range.

By your own admission YOU CANT COUNT these people to get an "average" but the figures you are posting DO.. THEY ARE WRONG..

Again, if you are paying 90% of ALL taxes paid.. Why wouldnt you get a larger $ cut than those paying the other 10%? Lets try this..

If you buy a lamborghini for $1,000,000 and you get a 10% tax cut.. your savings is $100,000.. Now compare this to someone who might buy a Ford pickup for $30,000. Even if you give the guy with the Ford pickup a 50% discount, so they can save $15,000.. The rich guy OF COURSE saves more because they are paying more.. How about if you gave the guy buying the ford a 100% discount, which resulted in a savings of $30,000. Who is saving more? The rich guy.. BUT YOU JUST GAVE THE AVERAGE GUY A FREE TRUCK.. and still you are complaining.. give it a break!!!

That doesnt mean the "average" isnt getting a greater savings that will impact their lifestyle more.

Democrats have to toot their own horn for the next week and a day

'...In a troubling sign for Democrats as they head into the midterm elections, their signature tax cut of the past two years, which decreased income taxes by up to $400 a year for individuals and $800 for married couples, has gone largely unnoticed. In a New York Times/CBS News Poll last month, fewer than one in 10 respondents knew that the Obama administration had lowered taxes for most Americans. Half of those polled said they thought that their taxes had stayed the same, a third thought that their taxes had gone up, and about a tenth said they did not know. As Thom Tillis, a Republican state representative, put it as the dinner wound down here, “This was the tax cut that fell in the woods — nobody heard it.†...'

You mean, like, "Look! Look! We gave you this fantastic tax credit that you're going to lose in January!"?

Nice try... How many of those households fall under the taxable income of $10,000...
