I'm kinda torn on this one. Part of me thinks she should get a reduced sentence, the other part of me thinks the original sentence should stand. What if she was wrong about the guy, what if she was lying?

Who would do what was done to that guy unless he really did it? I mean there are other ways to kill in which one has a good (or at least better) chance of getting away with it. It does not seem like she or the others that helped her cared about getting caught.

Or maybe they thought he really did it, but were wrong. I've had people falsely accuse me of things, I'm sure others have as well. Like I said, I don't know. If the guy really was guilty, than he is a POS low life. However, it seems like this was a case that was beyond rage as the event appeared to last hours. I'm on the fence.

45 years sounds like a reasonable sentence to me, as does having half the sentence knocked off for doing society a favor.

If an adult rapes a baby or any other child for that matter there is no such thing as "rage" or "beyond rage" when justice is done. Rapists of babies and children are the lowest of the low. When the scumbags get dispatched no one should feel sorrow.

Reduced sentence? Set her free immediately because this woman deserves a freaking medal! And a parade!

Read the article; the monster (there is no other word for one would would rape a baby) admitted that he did it. For his cruel, depraved treatment of her child, I think she let him off far too easily...killed him too quickly.

If more parents of violated children had access to the monsters responsible we would see a lot more real justice taking place instead of the leniency typically shown by the courts. Only then will pedophiles get the message that a decent society will not tolerate their depravity!

Where do I send a donation for her legal fund?

Says the woman accused of murdering him. I'm not saying he is innocent, I'm just saying do we have any proof that he raped the child, aside from the testimony of someone looking at 45 years in prison. Could it be possible that they killed him for another reason? Just saying.

She killed him for another reason. She could have easily had him arrested and put in prison.
