I bet Obama knew about that when he gave Brazil $20 billion to drill for oil with. And here I thought it had to do with Soros buying in there, only.

Dilma Rousseff vows to follow the exact same economic policies of the current Brazilian president Lula de Silva and which were initiated under his predecessor Cardoso. Her opponent Jose Serra also vows to follow these same economic policies, which have been very, very good for Brazil.

A person's past should not matter as much as what they currently advocate and would be likely to implement.

That said, just imagine Dilma Rousseff with her past running for any office in the US.... (other than Berkeley City Council)
