Federal authorities are suing the Fox News Network for allegedly retaliating against a reporter after she complained about unequal pay and job conditions based on her gender and age.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission says Fox News Channel reporter Catherine Herridge filed an internal complaint about allegedly discriminatory practices in 2007.
Feds Sue Fox News Over Reporter Catherine Herridge's Charges Of Discrimination, Retaliation

I wonder if right-wingers will have a conniption over this.

Another Huff-n-Puff post with a spin.

There is no union and they are an equal opportunity employer.
No one's contract at Fox is for the same exact amount and benefits. No ones. Contract negotiations happen before you agree to work, not afterward!
Idiots! Just like a Progressive. Change the rules after you start playing the game.

If they broke the law, so be it.

As long as the Feds apply the law equally, not just against whomever the President perceives as unfriendly, what's the big deal?

I don't watch Fox but given the group in this thread that seems so excited over Fox getting sued I may have to start. I can't help but think that if they're against Fox the network must be presenting something worth watching.

I love this reply in the Comments...oh jeez, if Bush was using the Feds to go after MSNBC this web site would be going ballistic. Where did the 60's go? At least liberals had some cajones back then.

Now libs are all a bunch of sissies whining about salt, transfats and Fox.
