There is even a website where you can through literally thousands of defects and recalls as a result of poor manufacturing, improperly installed parts, and tons of other problems;

Safercar.gov
I said deaths or injury linked to improper installation.

Do you have an example or not?

Yes yes, we here that same story from all the drunks who end up killing someone because they "don't become intoxicated."

If he drank, he is under the influence, or at least he would be about 20 minutes after consuming it.

Can you prove they were not caused by impaired workers or not?

I can only imagine the purpose of forehead-smackingly stupid threads like this is to see how many pages of responses it generates in a short period of time. And I'm almost ashamed to contribute.

He's certainly drinking here, while on the job. Using your logic, he was intoxicated while on the job. Should he have lost his job as well? Pray tell.

From the NYT

“The incidents appear to be related to factors including the use of a variety of unsecured mats, the particular configuration of the accelerator pedals in these vehicles, and the unique steps needed to shut off the engines in some of these vehicles with keyless ignition,” the traffic safety agency said.

Your blaming this on the workers? Why is that?

I'll take this a NO. You don't have any evidence whatsoever of deaths caused by auto workers bad installations.

And you just wonder how much of this really goes on. Anyone who drinks or does drugs should keep this at home or you may endanger others or yourself at work when you need full concentration. I don’t support these things at all. But if one does these things keep it to you. It’s not fair others have to pay the price for this.
My Brother who was a binge drinker got very belligerent when he did this. When he was sober he was calm, friendly and funny. When he drank no one wanted to be around him. The work place should be a safe place for everyone to go and do their work.
