This is the administration's way of saying "thank you" to Libby, because they know if he had talked, Cheney would be the one headed to prison. And maybe Cheney's boss, too.

Why should anyone trust that Bush would care about the law? Libby is his crony- like Mike Brown- "heckuva job Brownie". They are all a digrace to our country.

This is so sick. How can anyone vote Republican after this? Republicans support treason? That just makes me sick, totally sick to my stomach.

I am sure you were sickened by the salvo of pardons Clinton doled out then right before he left office. And therefore you have to ask how can anyone vote Democratic. Yes?

There might be a who, what, when, where, and why to apply here. Just as with Ford's pardon of Nixon. The general practice of end-of-year and end-of-term Presidential pardons is meanwhile one that goes back a little bit further than Bill Clinton, by the way. Maybe you should check out the complete list of Poppy's pardons. Terrorists, heroine-traffickers, fat-cat GOP contributors, half a dozen Reagan administration officials convicted in Iran-Contra. There's a pile of dirty laundry to sort through over there alright...
