I'll say it again. ENDORSING is not and never has been the same as SPONSORING. None the groups you listed are sponsors i.e. they aren'tinvolved in board decisions, planning, funding and development of One Nation Working Together.

One Nation Working Together
I see that the authors of the Stimulus Law, the Apollo Alliance are among the group that endorse this thing. Yep, they see the attendees as "willing idiots".

OH NO! We can't have that! Nobody would ever coordinate and organize an ASTROTURF rally!

Wait.

What?

You mean this one isn't pretending to be GRASS ROOTS like the other ASTROTURF rallies?

Never mind.

Ah yes, Beck did say that he would like to see 2 million there. I don't think there are enough buses on the east coast to get that many, but maybe they will be in the water or somewhere. I wonder what the place will look like Saturday night. Will it be as clean as it was after Beck's rally?
If you had read the mission statement link she provided you'd understand that One Nation Working Together is about jobs, justice and education for all. To learn what that actually means, read the page and you might learn something useful.

And by the way, just because Beck says "social justice" is code for something evil in the world doesn't mean that is true. Some charitable groups actually believe in trying to emulate Jesus by taking care of poor and ill people.

I knew this would get really entertaining while I was gone.

I don't know how else to say this--some of you people sound like Sen. Joseph McCarthy's younger, dumber brother. You know--communists hiding under the bed, ready to steal your children or raid your refrigerator. Next thing you know, you'll be calling for congressional hearing and blacklists...hey...THAT went really well in the 50's. The funny part is that we were actually in the middle of a cold war then (guess what--we're not now), and McCarthy was still discredited as a nut.

McCarthyism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

As far as communists organizing this rally--give me a break. I doubt that there are any more communists in this country than you can shake a stick at, and most of those are probably college student wannabes who think it's fun to shock their parents and buck the system until they graduate and have to get a job. What are they going to pay for a rally with? The beer money they hide in a sock in their dresser drawer? They are NOT organizing this event.

You people have to start listening to something other than Glenn Beck. Pick up a local newspaper, or the Wall Street Journal, or even USA today....stop reading the crazy blogs or FOX and turn on a major network. I'm not asking you to read anything (heaven forbid) liberal--just try REAL NEWS for a change. Learn about the issues (both sides), learn about how our government works, pick up a few history books, and THEN, just maybe, you'll be able to hold a half way intelligent conversation on where we want this country to go and how we're going to get there.

Are they some of the so-called socialist groups you are all up in arms against?
The One Nation website lists these so-called "sponsors/endorsers" and still has the original link language even though the word has been scrubbed from the list of (now called) sponsors. It lists what they really are - Partners. That was exactly the way it was originally listed - Partners. 400 of the most liberal and radical groups in America today.

One Nation Working Together

The President of the United States is openly promoting this group of "partners" - that's pretty stunning when you think about it. That may not bother most of you that the Prez is supporting Communist USA and the Socialist party but it sends chills down my spine.

President Obama’s political organizing group is throwing its hat in the ring of increasingly popular marches in Washington D.C. as it pushed supporters on Saturday to attend next weekend’s rally on the National Mall.

Organizing for America, the Democratic National Committee’s group that lauds Obama’s legislative policies, sent out the e-mail blast advertising the Oct. 2 One Nation, Working Together rally as “the biggest progressive demonstration in decades.”

I wonder if all those Union members (who will be the mass of this so-called rally) really support these radicals? Do they even know who they are "partnering" with these days? It's sure NOT my Father's union, he would roll right over in his grave if he could see what is happening in this country today.

"They are ready for a fight" the video says - kinda like they were "ready for a fight" in the Greece riots and the Belgium riots? Any guess where the USA riots will start when their "fight" begins? It won't be my city, will it be yours? Time to really start thinking about what's happening in this country. I don't watch those "opinion" shows on cable news, I'm aware or some of what they say but I've always preferred to do my own reading of news and form my own opinions. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that whatever it is that the Beck character is doing is scaring the pants off of those in power now - why would they suddenly do this "partner rally" otherwise? Something is up in this country and it smells - a air of desperation when a group of "partners" like this ban together. This is a radical bunch, anyone who bothers to look can clearly see that.

About the best we can "hope" for on Saturday is that they don't do too much damage to the nation's Capitol and leave too big a mess - there are bound to be gazillions there since "organizing" is the business of radicals and unions and you can bet that MSNBC and other media will play this to the hilt.

On the up side - when the American public see all this, they won't forget, they will be even more energized to make sure these "partners" don't take over what's left of this country. I don't think people can be scared off at this point. This particular rally woke me up for sure.

November is coming - they can't keep people from voting against the "partners". We really have no choice.

I hope this rally is a roaring success, if for no other reason than to **** off Glenn Beck!
