Sure, in the minds of paranoid Republicans, that's entirely plausible.
A bit over the top, and it does overgeneralize. (but I'm sure the usual suspects will call it racist - as it seems that any discussion that has a brown face, becomes that) but it was a interesting (and lengthy) read. I for one, don't agree with a lot of it, but..........if the shoe fits
