The industry hopes a GOP Congress would scale back President Obama’s healthcare overhaul, such as regulations barring lifetime caps, while leaving in place the mandate that Americans buy coverage.
Unreal. Insurance companies want to remove all of the benefits to consumers from the health care bill, but keep the mandate that requires us to buy their product. And so who are they turning to? Republicans.
If you think average Americans deserve fewer rights and protections, and big businesses deserve more, then vote for Republicans.

Worse yet, the insurance companies will probably pay Fox News to spew propaganda to its viewers why getting screwed by health insurance companies is in our best interest.
The communist party and the socialist party participated in One Nation..they were welcomed of course because they are backing the Dems and Obama.

That's just asinine an argument if I ever heard one. The insurance companies stand to make millions off Obamacare with all the new participants who will be forced to buy their products whether they want to or not. 30,000-50,000 new customers and their profits are threatened? IDFTS.
ETA: They probably, like the rest of us, believe that O-care is the first step towards NHC, and thus their ultimate demise.
This simple fact alone should tell you that this health care bill was a step in the right direction.
Now the lobbyists want to make sure the it cannot be improved upon thus lessening their profits.
Only the liberal wing of the Democratic Party has stood up these guys.
Obama, 100% of the GOP, and Blue Dog Dems took the side of the lobbyists.
