MEMPHIS, Oct. 4 (UPI) -- Police in Memphis said a man faces aggravated assault charges for allegedly shooting a teenager in the buttock when the teen refused to pull up his saggy pants.

Kenneth Bonds, 45, was charged Saturday with two counts of aggravated assault, the Memphis Commercial Appeal reported Monday.

Did the victim have a bullseye tattooed on his buttocks? Bet the teen could have run away faster had he not had to hold up their pants at the same time. <sarc.>

Pants on the ground
Pants on the ground
Lookin' like a fool with your pants on the ground

With the gold in your mouth
Hat turned sideways
Pants hit the ground
Call yourself a cool cat
Lookin' like a fool
Walkin' downtown with your pants on the ground....

It happened in Tennessee.

Fundiland?

The shooter may have made a religious judgement supporting raiment over garb.

Boy i bet that song Pants on the ground, hit a snag with old Policeman. Hate those baggy pants, but come one now, to shoot someone because of the clothes we wear, is a bit much, don't you think.
