After the November elections, if the republicans win both the house and senate, will Obama be the new party of No?

Or will we expect him to go along with all republican-backed legislation in the interest of bipartisanship? And, if he doesn't, will the liberals cry foul and call him the party of NO as they've labeled the house and senate republicans up until now for not supporting the idiotic democrat bills?

Just wondering how hypocritical the libs will be on this issue.

I suspect it will work to O's advantage just as it did for Clinton to have a GOP majority in Congress. Then instead of blaming Bush, a conservative Congress takes the heat off of him and lowers the expectations of the far left. It will be all Congresses fault that his agenda gets stalled.

You're not going to get a super majority in the Senate (60 votes to block a filibuster) so he isn't going to be going it alone. Most of your R bills will never get through the Senate--just as the Dem's can't get theirs through now without crossover votes from R's. Sorry.

He's already the party of NO, no jobs, no real ideas, no hope, no change, no accountability, no honesty, no leadership, no spine, NO.

GOP Party has said NO to the American People for too long now.
I hope, for God's sake, President Obama takes a stand for our country and says NO to corporate takeover! If he doesn't, he will be complicit to corporate coup d'etat!!!

He already has shown he is the party of no;as the dempocrats have limit the amendments by filling the calander to not alow republican amendments on bills. voted the nuclear options. The one area is will really hurt inh is when they keep sending him bills that cut the defcit if they have the power. Also they are likely to not fund many thigns he alreay has passed as they have done in the past.Basically I will be happy if they just start the process of cuttting spending and working the chinese credit card debt.It does no good to raise revenues when you just spend more and more.Spending has to be cut and I am weilling to suffer less services.

I imagine Obama will give a majority Republican Congress, as much cooperation, as the now minority Republican Congress, have given him so far.

Given Obama is pretty much a progressive republican, he would go along with the right wing bills.
