How is a picture that the woman could ignore the same as a pervert boss.
This image did not affect this woman in any way until she chose to let her emotions to surpass her judgment

Just so you are aware, officers & judges have to excecute law in spite of their feelings. I would bet they would bend over backwards to give her a break.
The judge and the officer can privately think whatever they want. If the woman broke the law - and it appears that she did - she will be found guilty.

Jurors don't.

Jurors can execute the law.

Lets hope not. If this lady realizes that she can get the law on her side she will go around smashing more private property. Then when others realize they can destroy offensive art throughout the country and have LE on their side they are going to do the same. Then we have big problems with civilians taking the law into their own hands and silencing the rights everybody has to express themselves freely.

Eventually the "artist" can hopefully bring this before the SCOUS through the appeal process if jurors choose to ignore the laws in the book.

To those of you who think she did nothing wrong and was justified in attacking the art: were it a muslim doing the same to a piece he found offensive, would you feel the same? That he should be let go and patted on the back?
