Yep, I like paying a higher percentage of my earnings in taxes and it warms my heart to see people with more kids than I using food stamps while I have to draw from what I have earned.

He was talking about people who are slaves to the government dole. This means poor people of all races including poor whites in rural areas who can not live without welfare from their masters in their State capitals and Washington DC. The job of government is ensure equal opportunity and a level playing field for everyone. It is not their job to ensure equal outcome for everyone because it is IMPOSSIBLE. There will always be someone who is smarter, richer, and more hard working then you.
