Well, there are dozens of gay parades and what not in the United States every year. There is no violence at those, so no, your attempt to say republicans in this country are violent against gays does not fly.

I don't believe he ever mentioned Republicans. Just violence against gays.
And yes, violence against gays does happen at Pride marches here. In Albany NY, where I live, a man was robbed and beaten into a coma after this year's march. Obviously, money could have been a motive, but last I read, the man was singled out for both the robbery and beating because he was a gay man walking alone after the parade.
Serbia is a strongly christian nation so there is a lot of bigotry intolerance there especially agianst homosexuals.
Riiiiight......cuz a key tenet of the Bible is that we firebomb people we don't agree with?
Honestly....it just gets old. Christians don't hate gay people, we don't try to attack and kill them. I'm sorry that some nut jobs have done violence in the name of religion...but Christianity teaches nothing like that.

Maybe it already did years ago. It could have but didn't happen in Oklahoma City. In the early 1980's, gays in Oklahoma City were going to try to put on their first parade. The KKK got wind of it and were going to meet up with the parade to challenge it. But as the gays in their parade topped a hill, the KKK who were waiting on them felt outnumbered and fled from the scene.

And that comment fails because neither I nor anyone else attempted to say that Republicans are violent against gays.
What makes you think they are "far-right"? They might just be your average every day gay hating Muslims.
Serbia's dominant religion is christianity.
I'm a conservative republican and I just find this amusing...because of all the idiots on the other threads that say islam is so bad because they perpetuate violence, hatred, and terror.
