Did I bring up separation of church and state? I am referring to keeping religious motivated laws, such as Sharia law, out of the laws of our land. I believe all religious laws have no place in our government laws.

BTW, if you really want the 10 commandments outside of courtrooms, then perhaps you should also allow a statue of the Sharia law on a scroll there .

Yes, it was overturned. But the decision would have stood if the woman did not have the resources (her own, or donated) to pursue the matter further by appealing the decision to a higher court. Where does that leave those of little means and no influence?

Ask yourself this... why did that NJ court decision even happen in the first place?

Answer: Sharia
