Hate with a violence chaser...a wingnut all the way. The momentum is with Murray in this race. Looks like this Rossi supporter is feeling the heat..

Quote:
Spokane Police have arrested a man waving a meat cleaver at Sen. Patty Murray's supporters before her debate with Dino Rossi. Officer Jennifer DuRuwe says 50-year-old Johnny J. Sieler was holding a knive and yelling profanities while he drove past a group of Murray supporters just before 5 p.m.
The second time he drove by, he was waving a meat cleaver and making chopping motions. DuRuwe says he slowed down his vehicle so the crowd could see the cleaver and he reached out his window toward them.

Typical. If you can't have it your way, say the wingnuts, resort to violence and mass hysteria via any means possible.

Clearly that guy is unhinged but he typifies the type of person who is drawn to candidates whose platforms espouse violence and hatred.

Wasn't Rossi the one campaigning against Gov. Gregoire? Lost that [twice!], so he's trying for any political seat... That's what you call a desperado.

Apparently there are those who believe people should be hurt and/or killed before law enforcement takes action.

Using inlfamatory language, ala Palin, Angle, Beck attracts people who feels some sort of kinship with violence. It is meant to whip people into a frenzy. People who are easily led and prone to extremism like that kind of talk and pandering. The very worst side of that rabble-rousing is that it also attracts those who are seriously mentally ill.

It is never OK, no matter which political views you hold, to advocate killing or violence - even if by inference.
