Your taxes, regardless of income, will be increasing jan 1st. These increases will come from not only income and buisness taxes, but through a plethora of other taxes and elimination of deductions. The tax increases will affect EVERYONE.
Repeatedly, liberals will state that thier taxes will not increase if they are not making over $250K per year. You do realize, don't you, that there is NO LEGISLATON to keep the Bush tax cuts in place for ANYONE. Further, it is unlikely that the prevention of these tax hikes will occur, unless they go into place for EVERYONE.
Can any liberal show the legislation that shows that taxes are not set to increase? Below are the links which detail all the Obama tax increases. Is there any human that will avoid these? I will patiently wait.

The 2011 grasp! run and hide! doomsday scenarios those sites are trying to propagate are what will happen if the bush tax cuts expire which bush enacted to, and we return to the former plan which is unlikely. They should be left for 98% of americans which Obama is calling for. The bush tax cuts were to give a shot in the arm for big business to expand and create jobs, the "trickle down economics" that failed under Reagan, Failed under Bush, and was an epic failure under W. It was the #2 contributor to the economic collapse only next to the wars.

Along with the death tax and marriage tax it will RAISE everyones taxes!
After the election there will be a lame duck session. there will be a lot of pissed off moderate republicans who lost their campaigns and will vote with the Dems on the tax cuts to remain in place for the middle class but rise for those over 250,000. Expect to see a baby stimulus plan and a business tax incentive plan also passed. You can get a lot done in the time frame from Nov. 4th to the Christmas break in the legislature.

And this is on top of other Obama tax increases this year including tobacco taxes and tanning taxes. And then the imported tire taxes..
I was reading that they may just end up passing a 1 year extension on the existing cuts because they just can't come to agreement on what to keep and what to chuck.
Where is the wisdom in raising taxes during the worst economic recession of our lifetimes? What moron actually thinks this is a good policy (other than those who don't pay any federal tax to begin with)?
