My younger daughter is the talented caricature artist. She did the signs my husband and I took to the local tea parties. Two of them made the front page of the local newspapers. One focused on the illegal immigration situation (it got me on the local TV news), and the other depicted the "socialist version" of the Statute of Liberty. Her depictions of Obama look more like him than he does!
It would be great if you could put up a picture - would love to see it!
This is an interesting study of the demographics of America and its influence on the future of the parties. Apparently, the GOP will become extinct! Bye Bye.
Want to know why your linked article is fallacious? Because there's not one mention of senior citizens and aging citizens. Why is that important demographically and electorally? Because liberal citizens tend to get more conservative as they age. As i'm sure you know, Baby Boomers are called Boomers for a reason: because there are so many of them. Which means that there will be a continuous shift away from liberal voting over time to counter the Millenial vote. Until your linked study covers all the bases, I personally see it as worthless.
The youth goes with what is cool. Obama isn't cool (in their eyes) anymore. And it's about time!
Nobody around here ever thought he was "cool". The high school kids I knew made fun of him.
