Hmm, I see only this one story, repeated verbatim at Breitbart and bandwagon-y RW blogs. Sounds fishy to me.

Ever heard of ghetto recording? I would think you would have. The person that took the video of the broadcast used a video camera pointed at a T.V. screen.
