She's not defenseless, she asked for it. Did you see how happy she was?

If a woman wears provocative clothing, is she to blame for being raped?

She didn't asked to get stomped

I didn't hear her say "kick me please!" I am hearing many disgusting individuals defending, and condoning this cowardly assault.

There's no excuse for the behavior of those creeps.

A mob mentality is a powerful thing. add, confusion, fear, and hormones and you have a dangerous situation.
I don't think these people would normally act this way but taken out of contect she does get pushed to the ground. while his foot was on her shoulder it was her head forced to the sidewalk as he pushed.... hence her reaching for her head...

Now do teabaggers hold the monopoly on mob mentality? I think not. should anyone be abused? no. regardless of what their message is. if you have an ill intent, heaven help you.

As a nation we are in an uneasy state. an issue in a plane and passengers leap into action. many have reprogrammed themselves towards action vs being a victim.

This woman need to approach her task in a much less threatening fashion otherwise she may get hurt. sadly it brought far more attention to her than had she simply given him a stupid award...

guess she got the air time she wanted and only a small headache.

What possible relevance could polls have to this topic? It doesn't matter if Paul is 20 points ahead or 20 points behind. Nor does it matter if the woman who was assaulted is from MoveOn, SarahPac, or the Westboro Baptist Church. Violence against women is never acceptable..

Even when women intend to do harm ?

Are you saying that no man may defend himself against a woman attacker because it is politically incorrect and unacceptable?

Now, if you really meant that unwarranted violence against anyone, male or female, is not acceptable, then we can agree.
