1. Gays- I am against gay marriage and gay adoption. In my opinion, homosexuality is wrong and should not be encouraged or promoted.

2. Abortion-I'm Pro-life, I think Roe v Wade needs to be overturned. If a woman doesn't want to be pregnant, she shouldn't have gotten pregnant in the first place! I can understand if the woman was a victim of rape, but if a woman is having one night stands every night, she's bound to get pregnant eventually. It isn't rocket science as to how women get pregnant.

3. Taxes- the Bush tax cuts on the wealthy MUST expire, doing so would benefit Lower and Middle class American families. The tax rate for the wealthiest Americans should be raised to 50%.

4. Education- Parents should have the right to choose what school they think is best for their children. We should get rid of standardized testing for elementary and middle school aged children.

5. Sex education- should consist of both Abstinence and information about contraceptives and birth control. Not just one of each kind of education.

6. War on terroism- this war doesn't seem to be going anywhere and it's just best to end it and withdraw all of our brave troops and bring them back home to their families.

7. Health care- I am AGAINST Obama's health care reform, while I think our health care system does need to be fixed. It needs to be fixed in a careful way. I believe that the quality of health care will decline with Obama's new health care plan.

8. Immigration- I'm a half Hispanic from my dad's side of the family, and I 100% support the Arizona anti-illegal immigration law. No, this law is not racist or discriminatory. We need a national immigration law like Arizona's. I'm all for immigrants wanting to come here and improve life for them and their family, that's wonderful, but come here LEGALLY!

9. Federal spending and deficit- We need to get rid of ALL wasteful spending, which is the only to reduce the deficit. Obama said he would do this and has not kept his word. The deficit is skyrocketing to unthinkable levels with each passing day and it's very scary and disturbing and will have an extremely negative impact on the economy in the future.

10. Gun rights- I'm a little mixed on the issue of gun rights. A gun would be useful to protect you and your family if there is an intruder in your home. But as we've seen with the school shootings, a maniac could buy a gun and cause a shooting spree.

11.) Environment- I'm all for helping the environment. I support raising MPG standards on all vehicles. I support using natural resources as a source of energy. But I DON'T believe in that global warming scheme that Gore started, I used to, but then I became smarter and realized that it was all for fame, money and attention.

12.) Death penalty- I do support the death penalty for murderers and second time child sex offenders and second time rapers.

13.) Drugs- Medical marijuana should be legalized for patients suffering from AIDS, cancer, depression, etc. But for regular use? No. All other dangerous drugs also shouldn't be legal as well.

14.) Separation of Church and State- signs of Christianity should be allowed in public places. I think we need to bring back public school prayer, but not mandatory or government sponsored school prayers. It also doesn't say anything about Separation of Church and State in the U.S. Constitution.
You're a conservative who is struggling for enlightenment. Like most Conservatives, you don't have your head in the sand while keeping your foot in your mouth. But you made no mention of Civil Rights and Affirmative Action issues which means that you don't think about these issues like most Conservatives. People who are still negatively impacted by racial insensitivity in this country, don't concern you. Like Conservatives, you ignore the 8 horrific years under Bush, years that turned a surplus into a record deficit. Spending is necessary to dig this country out from under the collosal hole that Bush dug. You complain about this spending under Obama but make no mention of the historically bad wasteful spending under Republican Bush. Typical Conservative. Only complain about spending when a Dem is at the helm. You side with the lunatic Religious Right and their attempt to shove religion down the throats of our kids. Your stance on abortion places you squarely in the Republican camp. Men have no business telling women what to do with their bodies and only the clueless Republicans are pompous enought to think otherwise.

So, although you show promise, Conservative is what you are. Keep working at it and one day you may find yourself among the most enlightened in this country, a person who is anti-conservative.

Disagree vehemently on 1-2, 8, 12-14. Agree vehemently on 5-7. You are a 90's man, independent and badly misled, thus probably Republican. I am INDEPENDENT, and voted for my 80 year old father in the last election.
I am in the wrong city, the wrong state, the wrong country, the wrong planet, and the wrong millenium. I am half a century high, and you all sound like Tea Partyiers. I, on the other hand, have still only voted for one person who won state wide or national office in my life, so whatever else you say, you can't say this state of affairs is my fault. I am glad the Tea Partyiers are "upset", but read another book, preferably something from a genre you haven't read before, like the Gita, or science fiction, or The Murder of Christ by Wilhelm Reich. Maybe smoke some tea at your next party. Like Robert Wilson said, if the NRA and NORML got together, we could TAKE OVER this country!

Would you allow parents to use public funds to send their children to parochial schools?

PS Question for everyone. If Republicans are for SMALLER government involvement, than why do they want the Government involved in the decision whether I have an abortion or become gay and get married? That is the Government IN MY BEDROOM to the Nth degree.

You can't have it both ways is the problem I see.

1. Gays- I am against gay marriage and gay adoption. In my opinion, homosexuality is wrong and should not be encouraged or promoted. I cannot persecute someone for what I feel they are born with. Furthermore, if two people love each other regardless of if they are the same sex or opposite sex, then so be it. I'm on the fence about gays adopting children, only because of the effects on the child and the scrutiny they may face from other kids.

While I think it is the woman's right to choose, I do not feel that it should be used as a form of birth control. If you're not going to take the necessary precautions that are available, then accept the consequences. Again, it's not my body, and I'm not the one that has to answer to the man upstairs it.

3. Taxes- the Bush tax cuts on the wealthy MUST expire, doing so would benefit Lower and Middle class American families. The tax rate for the wealthiest Americans should be raised to 50%. Taxes need to be cut across the board. I wish I had all of the answers, but I don't.

4. Education- Parents should have the right to choose what school they think is best for their children. We should get rid of standardized testing for elementary and middle school aged children. Agreed.

5. Sex education- should consist of both Abstinence and information about contraceptives and birth control. Not just one of each kind of education. Agreed. People are going to do it regardless, so it's better to provide the tools and the knowledge so they can at least be smart about it.

6. War on terroism- this war doesn't seem to be going anywhere and it's just best to end it and withdraw all of our brave troops and bring them back home to their families. Kind of like the war on drugs. I'm all for a strong military, but let's focus on our country first. Now, if you screw with us, then we should take care of business.

7. Health care- I am AGAINST Obama's health care reform, while I think our health care system does need to be fixed. It needs to be fixed in a careful way. I believe that the quality of health care will decline with Obama's new health care plan. I feel that every person is entitled to good health care, and the right to life, however; there has to be a better way than "Obamacare." Not a fan of the system currently in place either.

Absolutely. My ancestors are from Europe, and they all went through the proper channels to become citizens.

Agreed.

10. Gun rights- I'm a little mixed on the issue of gun rights. A gun would be useful to protect you and your family if there is an intruder in your home. But as we've seen with the school shootings, a maniac could buy a gun and cause a shooting spree. I fully support the right to bare arms, and the ability carry with a concealed weapon and a permit. Obviously, there needs to be extensive background checks, but remember, guns don't kill people. People kill people!

11.) Environment- I'm all for helping the environment. I support raising MPG standards on all vehicles. I support using natural resources as a source of energy. But I DON'T believe in that global warming scheme that Gore started, I used to, but then I became smarter and realized that it was all for fame, money and attention. On the fence about Global Warming, but we definitely need to get on the ball to provide cheaper and cleaner sources of energy. Oil isn't going to last forever.

12.) Death penalty- I do support the death penalty for murderers and second time child sex offenders and second time rapers. Agreed. Or, if it's going to actually be life in prison, than make it just that. No parole, no social life. Make it absolutely miserable for them.

13.) Drugs- Medical marijuana should be legalized for patients suffering from AIDS, cancer, depression, etc. But for regular use? No. All other dangerous drugs also shouldn't be legal as well. Marijuana should be legalized across the board!! Not saying other more dangerous drugs. Keep in mind there are over the counter drugs, and prescription drugs that are more dangerous than pot, as well as highly addictive. Alcohol too is more dangerous. That being said, I see nothing wrong with someone wanting to partake in the use of a natural substance.

14.) Separation of Church and State- signs of Christianity should be allowed in public places. I think we need to bring back public school prayer, but not mandatory or government sponsored school prayers. It also doesn't say anything about Separation of Church and State in the U.S. Constitution. I agree to a point. I think God has been taken out of everything to the point that people get offended by hearing "Merry Christmas." If you do not believe in a higher power that's great. That is your right. However; do not mock me for my belief in God, and try to take God out of every little thing.

I responded to your point of views with mine. I wonder what I would be considered?

Default Am I a Fascist, a Marxist, or an Anarchist?

This is originally a response to "Do you think I am a Republican, Democrat, or Independent?" His responses are in italics, mine in bold.

I currently am registered as Republican, so I can vote for the Lincoln Logger who owns a local gay bar, and against Christo-fascists. I don't agree with the two parties on human rights, the economy, the wars on Terror, Drugs, Afghanistan, Yemen, Iraq, Iran, Palestine, Pakistan, or China. Am I a Fascist, a Marxist, or an Anarchist?

1. Gays- “I am against gay marriage and gay adoption. In my opinion, homosexuality is wrong and should not be encouraged or promoted.”
I am not gay. I am a bisexual F---G! You are not allowed to use that word unless you are one. I should have the right to visit my lover if he is in the hospital, or adopt his children. I have no interest in serving in the Army, thank you.

2. Abortion-
“I think Roe v Wade needs to be overturned. If a woman doesn't want to be pregnant, she shouldn't have gotten pregnant in the first place! I can understand if the woman was a victim of rape, but if a woman is having one night stands every night, she's bound to get pregnant eventually. It isn't rocket science as to how women get pregnant".
In my opinion, having children is wrong and should not be encouraged or promoted, but few people get pregnant by the stereotype described.

3. Taxes-
the Bush tax cuts on the wealthy MUST expire, doing so would benefit Lower and Middle class American families. The tax rate for the wealthiest Americans should be raised to 50%".
Guillotine everyone richer than Bill Gates and take their money. Or just take their money. Without it they would rather be dead anyway. The love of money is the root of all evil. I think some trouble making rabbi said that.

4. Education-
Parents should have the right to choose what school they think is best for their children. We should get rid of standardized testing for elementary and middle school aged children.”
In my opinion, having children is wrong and should not be encouraged or promoted, but once you have them, you don't own them. They belong to their peers. Schools are prisons for the next generation.

5. Sex education- “
“should consist of both Abstinence and information about contraceptives and birth control. Not just one of each kind of education.”
Humans are apes. Apes have sex. Deal with it.

6. War on terrorism-
“this war doesn't seem to be going anywhere and it's just best to end it and withdraw all of our brave troops and bring them back home to their families.”
You just noticed that about our wars? A war on Terror makes even less sense than a war on Pacifism. How do you wage war on a tactic?
Brave soldiers? Which takes more courage, hitting a wedding party with a drone or flying a plane into a building?

7. Health care- “
I am AGAINST Obama's health care reform, while I think our health care system does need to be fixed. It needs to be fixed in a careful way. I believe that the quality of health care will decline with Obama's new health care plan.”
Obama reformed health care? YOU MEAN THE US HAS SINGLE PAYER? YIPPIE !

8. Immigration-
I'm a half Hispanic from my dad's side of the family, and I 100% support the Arizona anti-illegal immigration law. No, this law is not racist or discriminatory. We need a national immigration law like Arizona's. I'm all for immigrants wanting to come here and improve life for them and their family, that's wonderful, but come here LEGALLY!”
My people got here before the Spanish. The Zuni and Hopi complained, but the Dineh are still here. Get rid of the Gringoes. The Apache'll take care of the Mexicans

9. Federal spending and deficit-
“We need to get rid of ALL wasteful spending, which is the only to reduce the deficit. Obama said he would do this and has not kept his word. The deficit is skyrocketing to unthinkable levels with each passing day and it's very scary and disturbing and will have an extremely negative impact on the economy in the future.”
Thankfully, the "money as debt" model is in meltdown. We just need to all default, starting with the homeowners here in US. The gov is on the bankers' side

10. Gun rights-
“I'm a little mixed on the issue of gun rights. A gun would be useful to protect you and your family if there is an intruder in your home. But as we've seen with the school shootings, a maniac could buy a gun and cause a shooting spree.”
NRA & NORML! You have little left to lose, and its going to get worse.

11.) Environment-
“I'm all for helping the environment. I support raising MPG standards on all vehicles. I support using natural resources as a source of energy. But I DON'T believe in that global warming scheme that Gore started, I used to, but then I became smarter and realized that it was all for fame, money and attention.”
Reverence the Earth. Meanwhile build mag-lev mass transport. Get rid of cars.

12.) Death penalty-
“I do support the death penalty for murderers and second time child sex offenders and second time rapers.”
"Many who live deserve to die. And many who died deserved to live. Can you help the later? Then be not so quick to judge the former." See my Blog

13.) Drugs-
“Medical marijuana should be legalized for patients suffering from AIDS, cancer, depression, etc. But for regular use? No. All other dangerous drugs also shouldn't be legal as well.”
Terminal patients, the depressed, everyone should have the right to self-terminate pleasantly with the drug of their choice, and to use it in a (responsible? Don't drive) recreational or religious manner.

14.) Separation of Church and State-
“signs of Christianity should be allowed in public places. I think we need to bring back public school prayer, but not mandatory or government sponsored school prayers. It also doesn't say anything about Separation of Church and State in the U.S. Constitution.”
You put up your displays. I'll put up a nude Greek god. Agreed?
I got beaten too many times for refusing to participate in public prayer to ever want to see it, even in religious schools or by Moslems
Stop telling me what I can't do with my body and I'll stop telling you what you can't do to my mind. Okay? Meanwhile, if you want to teach your children creationism, do it at home.

I'm p----d at the elections. Apologies to 90's guy for using him as an example. Peace, Love, Wisdom
