and that includes spending from outside groups.

Dems getting outspent? Not so fast - Jeanne Cummings - POLITICO.com

Quote:
To hear top Democrats tell it, the party is being wildly outgunned this year in the fight for campaign cash as Republicans rely on outside groups to funnel money to GOP contenders.

So far, the latest figures show that the Democratic Party machinery has outraised its Republican counterpart in this campaign cycle by almost $270 million.

And even when outside spending on television advertising and direct mail is added to the mix, Republicans still haven’t closed the gap.
Another LIE of the democrats exposed. All the crocodile tears of money woes is just so much BS.

Even with a recent surge in fund-raising for Republican candidates, Democratic candidates have outraised their opponents over all by more than 30 percent in the 109 House races The New York Times has identified as in play. And Democratic candidates have significantly outspent their Republican counterparts over the last few months in those contests, $119 million to $79 million.
The outrage is whose money the dems via the unions are spending - taxpayers of course.

The anomalies don't end there. Public employees' union dues and contributions to union PACs come from directly from taxpayers. So if you live in a state or city with strong public employee unions, you are paying a tax that goes to elect Democratic candidates (plus, perhaps, a few malleable Republicans).
Why do the dems and Left have to LIE so much?

Well democrats need to be a victim. They need to try and make the country feel sorry for them so they come out and vote. Got to save them from the big mean republicans that pick on them. lol

I would say they were counting on no one writing a story like the above

Lies and corruption are the foundation the Democrat party is now built on. Sadly, the are just going to get worse as republicans take back the country. I try to compare them to watching a horror movie.....something you really don't want to see or know about, but you can't help watching because it is so unreal.

Yeah, but the lies are so easily debunked, IF the media takes note and decides to do their jobs.

Oh yeah, lets vote the republican's back in. They were doing a fantastic job paying off the debt.

Reagan increased the debt from $700 billion to $3 Trillion in 8 short years, changing the US from the worlds largest creditor to the world's largest debtor. Bush Sr. just had a $1.4 trillion increase, because people read his lips and he still raised taxes. Bush Jr. increased the debt from $5.727 trillion to $9.849 trillion in 8 short years.

What an stupendously awesome record of paying it off and not collecting any more in the last 30 years, then people holding them to task when they screw it up by screaming that only Democrats spend money.

What the hell, might as well so we can party in style till everyone's screwed.

Just goes to show everyone that American's are borderline retarded, and can't remember anything a few years ago.

The Big Lie, perfected by the Goebbels propaganda machine, has become a staple of the Democrat play book. The end justifies the means, after all.

Did you READ the NY Times article? Because if you had, you wouldn't have linked to it. It states that outside organizations, you know, organizations like Karl Rove's Crossroads group, are major players in the campaigns this year. I know I've been getting quite a lot of mail from them. All telling me how I've got to get rid of the Democrats. And yet, their spending, along with several other major outside organizations, aren't in the party totals. It may be that the Republicans aren't spending as much because they don't have to. Outside groups are making up the differences, and surpassing them.
