"Rocked by scandal?"

Boy, that's a stretch.

All that's happened is that a 3 person, self-appointed public transparency group on North Carolina, calling themselves The Foundation for Ethics in Public Service, has asked the Justice Department to investigate whether or not Boxer should have reported a property she apparently co-signed for her son in Oakland, CA.

That's all there is to it.

"Rocked by scandal?" LOL Y'all are really stretching at this point!

There are scandals then there are wanna-be scandals. I intensely disliked the Gloria Allred silliness and I don't go for this last minute attempt to gin up an October Surprise against Boxer. Let them have at each other on their records and platforms.

Seems like some typical last minute mud slinging.. makes me wonder who is behind the opponent and w=how will they profit from them being elected?

I thought I read somewhere about Boxer and ethics in the same sentence but then my sphincter brought me back into reality with this...

Today the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association notified the Los Angeles Unified School District and the Los Angeles Board of Education today that, in abject ignorance of California state law, the political campaign of Senator Barbara Boxer has openly solicited teachers employed by LAUSD to urge their students to volunteer for her campaign.
